How It Works In Detail

STEP 1 Brand Sign Off Hallett Retail present the brand to the retailer for sign-off.
Step 2 Contract + Onboarding Commercial contracts are signed proceeding to a detailed process walk through with the brand and then stores and floor space are agreed.
STEP 3 I.T Set-Up We implement a simple to use application that allows bar codes to be generated, links to the retailer till systems and stock, sales data can be captured and pricing functionality enabled.
STEP 4 Physical Store Set-Up Our retail teams set up the in-store infrastructure, graphics and train our staff on how to sell your brand. Your stock is visually merchandised to maximise sales.
Stock Is Live And Ready To Use
STEP 5 Sales and Stock Reporting We monitor sales and stock positions in order to trade best sellers, promotions and give you customer feedback. Our retail and trade teams will also contact you to highlight trading opportunities.
STEP 6 Accounting Services The Hallett Retail finance team raises self-billing invoices to the retailer to ensure statutory regulations are followed and to collect payment when it is due. This is passed to the brand.
Sales and Cycle Complete
STEP 7 Account Management You will be looked after by our retail, product and commercial teams on a continual basis to ensure we are maximising your return on stock investment. We will highlight opportunities for growth within the stores you trade or new stores as they become available.
