As part of our order fulfilment services, we provide sales returns processing and management.

At Hallett Retail Logistics, we have many years of experience in returns processing, with capability and capacity to process in excess of 150,000 units per week. We have carried out work for key retailers including New Look, Pretty Little Thing, Debenhams, Boohoo, House of Fraser and Arcadia group brands.

The goal is always to get the product back selling online as quickly as possible to maximise return on investment. We currently operate on strict SLA’s to make this happen.

We take stock in, which is then QC inspected, folded, retagged, re bagged, and re boxed before being sent back to the owner. The product is made ready to be sold again to the end use customer.
We offer a variety of return types:
  • Storage (at your convenience)
  • Return to vendor (manufacturer)
  • Return to your distribution centre
  • Reship to your customers
  • Clear through our own channels
Our service provides complete visibility of progress regarding percentage complete of returns handling as well as inventory management and reporting.
Your stock is scan counted upon arrival into our warehouse and loaded onto our warehouse management system in order to allow tracking and security which you can access through your own client portal.
